DIB Quality Seal
The DIB quality seal (Gewährverschluss) is the green label of the German Beekeepers' Association applied across the lid of the official DIB jar. It guarantees that the honey meets strict DIB quality standards (max. 18% moisture, max. 15 mg/kg HMF). Each seal carries a unique control number.
