Hive Scale
A hive scale is a weighing system placed under the beehive that continuously measures the total weight of the colony. Weight gains indicate nectar flow, while weight losses suggest food consumption or swarming. Modern digital hive scales transmit data via WiFi or LoRaWAN to apps like Hivekraft.
