Tilt Check (Swarm Inspection)
The tilt check is a gentle swarm inspection method where the upper brood box is tilted back slightly. This allows the beekeeper to inspect the bottom edges of the frames for queen cells and queen cups without pulling individual frames. It saves significant time during weekly swarm checks in the swarming season.
